TERMS OF USE

This purchase entitles you to unlimited access to Why Bach? from two computers.

USAGE RIGHTS

Crosstown Books grants you non-exclusive and non-transferrable rights to access Why Bach?, save portions of the text, and print out portions of the text.

LIMITATIONS OF USE

You may not:

Remove or alter the author's name or Crosstown Book's copyright notices or other means of identification or disclaimers as they appear in Why Bach?;

Systematically make printed or electronic copies of multiple extracts of Why Bach? for any purpose; or

Display or distribute any part of Why Bach? on any electronic network, including, without limitation, the Internet and the World Wide Web.

You must obtain the written permission of Crosstown Books in order to:

Use all or any part of Why Bach? for any commercial use, meaning any use of Why Bach? for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by you or any other person or entity) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire, or other form of exploitation;

Intentionally distribute the whole or any part of Why Bach?;

Publish, distribute, or make available works based upon Why Bach?, or works which combine Why Bach? with any other material; or

Alter, abridge, adapt or modify Why Bach?.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit your rights to make fair use of Why Bach?, as that term is defined under Sections 107 and 108 of the Copyright Revision Act of 1976.

In the event of any unauthorized use of Why Bach?, Crosstown Books shall have the right to immediately terminate your access to Why Bach?. Any failure to fulfill your obligations under this section shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
